About the Role:
La Jolla Plastic Surgery and Dermatology is seeing a personable, organized and creative professional to help create an exceptional patient experience while bringing our practices personality to life onine. This position blends with front-office coordination with social media and marketing - a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, keeping things running smoothly and creating an engaging contact.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism and discretion
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
- Keep the front office organized and support clear communication between patients and our clinical staff
- Create engaging social media content highlighting our physicians, treatments and practice
- Coordinate photography, short videos and patient testimonials with appropriate consent
- Assist with marketing projects and maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements:
- Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology or a medical spa is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, polished presence
- Strong organization attention to detail and follow through
- Confidence using social media platforms and Canva. Photography and video editing skills are a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and scheduling systems
- Someone who takes initiative, values patient privacy and enjoys contributing to a team

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
